The club executes the action plan prepared by the board and endorsed by the club assembly in the beginning of the rotary year. The five standing committees under the board execute the activities where the board meets at least once in a month for each rotary year and each committees meet as required. The club assembly meets normally six times a year for major strategic planning and decision-making. In particular, the assembly is planned for approving action plan, DG visit planning and meeting, reviewing and feed backing the club’s activities.

The club president always seeks the guidance, suggestions and support from the past presidents for smooth functioning of the club.
