RC Pokhara Midtown meets every Thursday between 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM at Hotel Pokhara Batika, lakeside. Some of the weekly meetings are also organized in service project sites. The weekly meeting brings member for fellowship, sharing and caring among the members, enlightening in different contemporary issues by guest speakers from in and outside the club.

The club board meets at least once in a month for whole Rotary Year for planning and implementing the agreed activities of the action plan. Similarly, at least four-club assembly are organized for approval of annual action plan, planning and organizing DG visit, reviewing the club activities for future betterment. Once in a rotary year, the club organize annual meeting for election of forthcoming new board in December.
